Olivia has called Fort McMurray home since 2015 and after settling here decided to begin her new career path in Massage Therapy. She graduated Honours with Distinction from the 2200-hour program with Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June 2020.
Olivia is thrilled to have fallen in love with her new career and after some experience is looking forward to continuing her journey.
Olivia has passion for learning and continuing her education. She is a forever student having also just attained her 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate with Satya Yoga. In addition to presently completing the Bachelor of Health Science program with Queen’s University. She always looking for new courses to enhance her RMT practice.
She uses a wide range of techniques including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Cupping, Deep Tissue, and Swedish Massage. Her treatments focus on a balance between therapeutic massage and relaxation to help facilitate the healing process.
She brings experience and knowledge from her previous kinesiology education and lifelong passion for health and wellness, including her deep love of yoga. She uses these tools to educate her clients in self-care, helping them to be an active participant in their healing process and continued recovery.
