I've been to a private reiki session with Shelby and it was amazing. I've never experienced such powerful energy moving through my body. I've also been to two group workshops and both of them were very powerful for me. I can't wait to go back for more private sessions with all of the beautiful ladies who work there and attend more workshops in the future.

I love that Krystal is connected to the energy of her patients and able to recognize their needs. I have had a few sessions with her and have already been able to notice a difference in the severity of my symptoms. She takes the time to obtain a full history and does research outside of work to provide specific care for her treatments. I appreciate that she makes herself available for questions outside of her appointments. I also enjoy how quiet and relaxing her work space is! Highly recommend to anyone looking for pain/symptom relief, energy balancing or if you are looking for a way to start connecting with yourself/body/mind.
Krystal is amazing at acupuncture AND hypnotherapy. Being in a stressful job seeing her regularly helps me decrease the impact on my nervous system. AND use up your benefit coverage.

It's peaceful, clean, and fun. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their profession and I have good experiences every time I go. I'm seeking help for lower back and shoulder issues and within 2 visits I feel a lot better, positive, and learned techniques I can apply to help alleviate pain and stress between appointments. Highly recommend!
