Renee Hefferan

Reiki Practitioner

Solluna Manager

I’ve always felt pulled towards the alternative healing world and wanting to help others. From a  young age, I realized I wasn’t only very intune with my own energy, but to the energy of others around me - later to realize I was most definitely an empath. At first, I shied away from this natural skill but now, I’m learning to embrace it and use it to not only help myself but to help others as well.

My goal is to create a place where people can fully allow themselves to let go and feel safe enough to release any blockages that may be hindering their wellbeing. I work with Reiki Energy or ‘Life Force Energy’ to bring balance back to the body to promote a person's self-healing ability. When our energetic load gets too heavy, it can impact the flow of this life force energy. Reiki clears and opens up our energetic channels so that our life force energy can start to flow freely again.

Being a part of this amazing community, where I was born and raised, getting to bring my offerings to the people here, to create more connection, more space and more healing gives me so much joy.

When I'm not offering Reiki, you can find me behind the scenes at Solluna, teaching yoga in the community or outside in the beautiful trails of YMM!

It's peaceful, clean, and fun. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in their profession and I have good experiences every time I go. I'm seeking help for lower back and shoulder issues and within 2 visits I feel a lot better, positive, and learned techniques I can apply to help alleviate pain and stress between appointments. Highly recommend!
