Mallory Read
CranioSacral Practitioner
Mallory is a CranioSacral Practitioner. She would love to introduce you to the practice of CranioSacral Therapy & infuse her expertise she brings from Dental Hygiene into diving into head, neck & TMJ focus while keeping a versatile approach to the enormous scope of pain & imbalance that CranioSacral can address.
Looking for a change and feeling a strong pull to shift direction from her traditional healthcare career is when CST presented itself. It was actually on Krystal's treatment table just before Solluna was born where this knowing began. A deep knowing is what it was from the moment she learned the words CranioSacral and it never left her side. She watched as it continued to present itself in her life and it couldn't be ignored.
She will use gentle manual techniques to improve the flow and rhythm of fluid in and around the central nervous system which will release tension deep in the body allowing the entire body to relax and self correct. CST involves facilitating the body’s own natural capacity when trauma(both physical/emotional) or dis-ease processes become overwhelming for the system.
Mallory’s main focus in her professional and personal life is preventative health and optimal wellness. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and trusting that no one system ever functions alone. She feels that’s where we often get lost. What if our goal was giving the body the right conditions to self correct instead of digging for a diagnosis? The quieter we become as we shift into stillness, the more we are able to hear.
Come grow with her. As her knowledge deepens the treatment will shift, deepen and expand.
